(BNP) - The output of commercial electricity in the second quarter reached 1,796 million kWh, an increase of 3.6% over the same period last year; of which, industry and construction accounted for 81.26%, up 2.77% over the same period. Average daily electricity output is 20.78 kWh million; The largest daily output is 27,057 million kWh (June 23, 2020).

The indicators of customer service quality have had good changes. The number of customers paying electricity through banks and intermediaries reached 78.58%; the number of customers paying non-cash electricity bill reached 62.08%; Access to electricity index reached 4.2 days. In the second quarter, 4,872 new customers were developed; 2.2 million notification messages were sent to customers; 20,093 requests for customers using electricity were handled and resolved.
