Consumer Price Index decreases in November
(BNP) - In November, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) decreased by 0.25% over the previous month.

The increase of CPI in November is due to fall of 3 out of 11 groups including food service (down 0.14%); housing, electricity, fuel and building materials (down 0.53%); traffic (down 0.58%). The remaining groups have slightly increased or been stable as consumer demand remains low.
In comparison with the same period last year, CPI increased by 4.37%. In the first 11 months of 2018, CPI climbed by 3.29% year-on-year.
Currently, relevant sectors continue to implement measures to strengthen management, control, market stabilization, which aim to curb inflation, especially at the end of the year.
