Total investment capital increases by 23.4% over the same period in 2017
(BNP) - In November, the development investment capital of local state budget was estimated at VND 384.4 billion, increasing by 4% over the previous month and 41.6% year-on-year.
Modification and upgrading of the dike systems are always paid attention at all levels and branches.
In particular, the provincial budget reached VND 241.5 billion, up 4.6% and 47.8%; the district budget reached VND 78 billion, up 3.5% and up 17.5%.
Functional branches have focused on solving difficulties in investment procedures, site clearance, speeding up the construction and disbursement of investment capital in various fields of traffic, irrigation, infrastructure of the industrial zones and projects expected to be put into use in 2018 such as TL280, TL281, TL283, TL284, renovation and upgrading of dyke systems, rural clean water and rural roads under the new rural development program.
After 11 months, total investment capital from the state budget reached VND 3,240.3 billion, climbing by 23.4% over the same period last year. Specifically, investment capital from the provincial budget was VND 2,209.9 billion, up 17.5%, while the district budget reached VND 566 billion, up 24% and the commune budget reached VND 464.4 billion, up 61.4%.
