(BNP) - On December 19th, 234 projects around the country that met the criteria for start, inauguration, and technical opening were simultaneously launched and made available to the public. These projects are spread over 34 provinces and cities in honor of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

According to a report by the Ministry of Construction, there are 234 construction projects nationwide that meet the criteria for commencement, inauguration, and technical opening to traffic, distributed across 34 provinces and cities. Of these, 148 projects have commenced construction, and 86 projects have been inaugurated or have undergone technical opening to traffic. The total investment for the projects is over VND 3.4 million billion, of which 96 projects use state capital with over VND 627,000 billion (accounting for approximately 18% of the total capital), and the remaining 138 projects use other sources of capital with over VND 2.79 million billion, accounting for 82% of the total investment.
Bac Ninh province has 4 construction projects underway, including 2 projects registered with the Ministry of Construction for direct and online connection with the central government: the investment project to develop infrastructure in Que Vo II Industrial Park - phase 2, invested by Nhan Dat Tien Limited Company; and the investment project to build and operate infrastructure in Phuc Son Industrial Park, invested by Le Delta Joint Stock Company.
Two projects commenced by the Provincial People's Committee (not registered with the Ministry of Construction) include: the social housing construction project in the VSIP Bac Ninh Urban and Service Area by VSIP Bac Ninh Limited Liability Company; and the social housing project in Nam Ngan village, Quang Chau commune, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province (now Nam Ngan residential area, Nenh ward, Bac Ninh province) implemented by Newstar Housing and Urban Development Joint Stock Company.
