(BNP) - On the morning of December 19th, the Provincial People's Committee and Le Delta Joint Stock Company jointly held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction and operation of infrastructure in Phuc Son Industrial Park (Quang Trung commune, Bac Ninh province) - a large-scale project of significant importance to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party.

Provincial leaders attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Viet Oanh; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department Vu Minh Hieu; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan The Tuan; Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies Tran Van Tuan.
In Decision No. 193/QD-TTg dated February 23, 2024, the Prime Minister approved the investment project for the building and management of infrastructure in Phuc Son Industrial Park, with Le Delta Joint Stock Company as the investor. The project is classified as Group A, a Level II technical infrastructure project with a 50-year design lifespan, and it spans approximately 124 hectares with a total investment of over VND 1,800 billion.
Phuc Son Industrial Park is designed to attract high-tech industries, supporting industries, electronics, telecommunications, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, component assembly, machinery, and consumer goods. It is designed in accordance with the model of a concentrated industrial park with synchronous and modern technical infrastructure, linked to the goal of sustainable and environmentally friendly development.
To date, the project has completed all necessary legal procedures, including investment policy approval, detailed construction design at a 1/500 scale (with local revisions), environmental effect assessment report, fire safety approval, and feasibility research report appraisal. The investor is working closely with relevant agencies and localities to expedite land clearance for the entire project, with the goal of completing land clearance in Q1/2026, deploying and essentially completing infrastructure construction in Q4/2026, and creating conditions for an early handover of land and infrastructure to secondary investors.
Upon completion and operation, the Phuc Son Industrial Park is expected to attract approximately 9,500 workers, contributing to expanding industrial development space, creating clean land resources, promoting economic restructuring, and increasing budget revenue for the province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Phan The Tuan said that the Son Industrial Park Project is one of the key projects and works nationwide that are being inaugurated, opened, and technically commissioned on this occasion, thereby contributing to the development of the country in the new era, and at the same time demonstrating Bac Ninh province's determination to attract investment, develop sustainable industry and create livelihoods for the people.
The Vice Chairman acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the investor, the consensus of the people in land clearance work, and the active involvement of departments, agencies, and localities in the investment preparation process. At the same time, he requested the investor to focus maximum resources, select construction, consulting, and supervision units with sufficient capacity and experience, and comply with all legal regulations on investment, construction, labor safety, fire prevention and control, and environmental protection…
