Bac Ninh achieves 99.97% satisfaction rate in administrative procedure services

(BNP) – One year after implementing the new organizational model of the political system and the two-tier local government model, Bac Ninh Province has continued to make significant progress in administrative reform and the delivery of public administrative services. The quality of administrative services for citizens and businesses has been further enhanced, contributing to the development of a professional, modern, transparent, and service-oriented public administration that places citizens and businesses at its center.

According to the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System, from July 1, 2025 to June 17, 2026, state administrative agencies across the province received 182,057 service quality evaluations from citizens and businesses regarding the receipt and processing of administrative procedures.

Among these, 177,961 evaluations (97.75%) rated the services as "Very Satisfied", while 4,028 evaluations (2.22%) were rated "Satisfied." Only 68 evaluations (0.03%) indicated dissatisfaction, bringing the overall satisfaction rate to 99.97%.

The results also demonstrate consistent improvements across all levels of government. At the provincial level, authorities received 1,067 evaluations, of which 95.89% were rated "Very Satisfied," 2.43% "Satisfied," and 1.68% "Not Satisfied."

At the commune level - where the majority of administrative procedures are processed and public services are delivered - the satisfaction rate remained exceptionally high. Of 180,990 evaluations, 176,938 (97.76%) were rated "Very Satisfied," 4,002 (2.21%) "Satisfied," while the proportion of dissatisfied evaluations accounted for only 0.03%.

According to statistics published on the National Public Service Portal, Bac Ninh also achieved a 100% satisfaction rate in handling citizens’ feedback and recommendations, while the satisfaction rate for the receipt and settlement of administrative procedures reached 98.24%. These indicators reflect the province’s sustained efforts to streamline administrative procedures, improve service quality, strengthen accountability, and accelerate digital transformation in public administration, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of state governance and fostering a more favorable environment for citizens and businesses.
