(BNP) - On the afternoon of July 6th, the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority and the Provincial Public Security jointly held a conference to sign a cooperation program on ensuring security and order and building a nationwide movement to protect national security in industrial zones in Bac Ninh province.

Attending the conference were Mr. Pham Van Thinh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office; leaders and representatives of departments, divisions, and units of the Provincial Police and the Provincial Industrial Zones Management Board.
Over the past period, the Provincial Police and the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board have effectively coordinated in ensuring security and order and building the movement of all citizens protecting national security in industrial parks. The two units have advised on and implemented many important policies and projects, most notably Project 07 on ensuring worker security for the period 2025-2030; effectively coordinated in resolving issues arising in land clearance and project investment; promptly handled 19 strikes and collective work stoppages and 25 labor disputes, maintaining a stable production and business environment.
The movement of all citizens protecting national security in industrial parks continues to be strengthened with 242 effective community-based models; organized 67 legal awareness conferences and 8 National Security Protection Days at enterprises. The entire province has 488 businesses that meet the "Security and Order Safety" standard, contributing to building a safe and stable investment environment, enhancing the effectiveness of investment attraction and socio-economic development.
Given the new development requirements with the increasing number of industrial parks, businesses, workers, and foreigners, along with the complex developments of various types of crime, especially high-tech and transnational crimes, the work of ensuring security and order in industrial parks will continue to be strengthened to meet the province's development requirements.

At the conference, the Provincial Public Security and the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority signed a cooperation program on ensuring security and order and building a nationwide movement to protect national security in industrial parks. The two units will strengthen coordination and information exchange; advise on the implementation of policies and guidelines on worker security and industrial park development; ensure worker security, economic security, and the investment environment; combat crime and violations of the law; and promote the nationwide movement to protect national security within enterprises.
The cooperation program aims to contribute to building a safe and stable investment environment, improving the effectiveness of state management, and creating favorable conditions for sustainable business development.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh acknowledged and praised the results of the coordination between the Provincial Police and the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board in ensuring security and order, contributing to building a safe and stable investment environment and enhancing Bac Ninh's attractiveness to investors.
Affirming that ensuring security and order in industrial parks is a crucial foundation for attracting investment and socio-economic development, the Vice Chairman highly appreciated the signing of the cooperation program between the two units; and requested the prompt and effective implementation of the signed contents, strengthening coordination mechanisms, sharing information, building a data system to serve management, forecasting the situation, and promptly handling emerging risks.
He also requested the promotion of propaganda to raise awareness of law compliance among businesses and workers; and the establishment of a seamless information channel to promote the role of businesses in ensuring security and order. This will help maintain a safe, transparent, and stable investment environment, contributing to the province's economic growth targets.
