More than 1,100 enterprises newly established
(BNP) According to report of the Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 6 months of 2020, the province issued Business Registration Certificates to 1,118 enterprises with a total registered capital of more than VND 8,962 billion, up 1.6% in the number of enterprises. The average registered capital per newly established enterprise reached VND 8 billion.

The province issued the registration to establish branches, representative offices and business locations for 329 affiliated units. Besides, the province has performed dissolution procedures for 115 enterprises and 168 affiliated units. 440 enterprises and 57affiliated units were registered suspension of operation.
Also in 6 months, 230 enterprises and 33 affiliated units registered to operate again; 148 enterprises converted their operations.
In June 2020, 216 enterprises newly established with a total registered capital of over VND 2.112 billion; up 27% in the number of enterprises and 92.5% in the registered capital; the rate of online business registration dossiers reached 99.33%, ranking the third nationwide. The average registered capital per newly established enterprise reached VND 9.78 billion.
Until now, there are 17,091 enterprises in operation in the province with total registered capital of more than VND 255,748 billion. The average registered capital per newly established enterprise reached VND 15 billion. Among which, there were 530 private enterprises, 9,326 One Member Limited Liability Companies, 4,699 Limited Liability Companies with Two or More Members and 2,535 joint-stock companies; 01 partnership.
On the other hand, 615 enterprises and 80 subordinate units are temporarily suspended from business with a total registered capital of more than VND 3.505 billion.
