More than 4,600 land use certificates issued
(BNP) - According to the report of Department of Natural Resources and Environment, in the first 06 months of 2020, the province issued 4,669 land use right certificates to organizations and households.

Specifically, 568 certificates of land use rights were first issued, of which, 17 certificates of organizations, 551 certificates of households and individuals; 4,101 certificates were newly issued, renewed and reissued due to land fluctuations, of which, 10 certificates of organizations and 4,091 certificates of households and individuals.
In addition, adjusting the fluctuations on the certificate issued for 5,688 cases, of which, organization is 72 cases, households and individuals are 5,616 cases. Registration of security measures for 12,514 cases, including 362 cases of organization, 12,152 cases of individuals and households. Determining conditions for land use right transfer to organizations when implementing 14 projects with 1,062 residential land plots.
Department of Natural Resources and Environment submits to Provincial People's Committee to issue decision on land acquisition, land allocation, land lease, permission to change land use purpose to implement 50 projects with area of 171.0 ha; approval of starting price for auction of land use rights, specific price as a basis for calculating charges when the State recovers land, calculating land use fee of 18 projects; approved auction plans, winning auction results, auction decisions for 36 land use projects in the province.
