(BNP) - In the first six months of 2026, the work of receiving and processing administrative procedures at the Bac Giang Ward Public Administrative Service Center (Bac Ninh province) continued to be effectively maintained, contributing to improving the quality of service for citizens and businesses and promoting administrative reform in the area.
The Ward Public Administrative Service Center received a total of 27,372 administrative procedure dossiers on the province's Administrative Procedure Information System, of which 27,243 dossiers were processed and results returned.
According to a report from the People's Committee of Bac Giang Ward, from December 15, 2025 to June 11, 2026, the Ward's Public Administrative Service Center received a total of 27,372 administrative procedure dossiers through the province's Administrative Procedure Information System. Of these, 27,243 dossiers were processed and results returned, achieving a very high rate.
Notably, 27,154 dossiers were processed ahead of schedule, accounting for 99.67% of the total dossiers processed; 89 dossiers were processed on time, and no overdue dossiers occurred. This result demonstrates the responsibility and proactiveness of the staff in receiving and processing dossiers, and affirms the effectiveness of the one-stop and integrated one-stop mechanisms in the locality.
In addition, the digital transformation in administrative procedure processing continues to achieve many positive results. The online payment rate reached 100%, contributing to increased transparency, reducing the time and cost of procedures for citizens and businesses. The rate of electronically processed applications reached 99.66%, demonstrating the increasingly synchronized and effective application of information technology in resolving administrative procedures.
The delivery of results through public postal services continued to be promoted. During the reporting period, 13,891 applications received results through public postal services, accounting for 50.75% of the total number of applications processed, contributing to facilitating access to public administrative services for citizens.
To ensure smooth application processing, the People's Committee of Bac Giang Ward strictly maintained the one-stop and integrated one-stop mechanisms; and arranged 19 counters for receiving and processing administrative procedures in various fields as prescribed. The list of administrative procedures, processing times, fees, and charges are publicly and transparently displayed; the receipt and processing of applications are carried out synchronously on an electronic system, helping to closely monitor the progress of resolution.
The results achieved in the first six months of 2026 have contributed to improving the satisfaction level of citizens and organizations with state administrative agencies, while also creating momentum for Bac Giang ward to continue improving the quality of administrative reform, building a professional and modern administration, and effectively serving citizens and businesses.
