In 06 months of 2026, Bac Ninh Provincial Industrial Parks Authority solves over 11,400 dossiers ahead of deadline

(BNP) - In the first six months of 2026, the Bac Ninh Provincial Industrial Parks Authority continued to effectively implement administrative reform, strictly adhering to the one-stop and integrated one-stop mechanisms, contributing to improving the quality of service for citizens and businesses and enhancing the investment environment in the province.

In the first six months, the Bac Ninh Provincial Industrial Parks Authority receives a total of 12,272 dossiers in the fields of investment, construction, and labor.

According to the report of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, the receipt, processing, and delivery of results for administrative procedures were carried out correctly, ensuring transparency and timeliness. 100% of administrative procedures under its authority were fully publicized on the National Public Service Portal and the province's Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System. Coordination among specialized departments is maintained regularly, contributing to improved efficiency in processing dossiers and minimizing delays.

To ensure quality service, the Industrial Park Management Board has assigned a team of qualified officials and civil servants to work at the One-Stop Service Center; at the same time, it has invested in facilities and equipment, maintaining a stable information technology infrastructure to serve the reception and processing of dossiers in an electronic environment. Training and professional development in the use of specialized software are also emphasized to meet the requirements of digital transformation and administrative reform in the new phase.

In the first six months of the year, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board received a total of 12,272 dossiers in the fields of investment, construction, and labor. Of these, the labor sector accounted for the largest proportion with 10,819 dossiers; the investment sector had 1,236 dossiers, and the construction sector had 216 dossiers. 11,712 dossiers have been processed and results returned to organizations and individuals. Notably, 11,458 dossiers were processed ahead of schedule, a very high percentage; 233 dossiers were processed on time, and only 21 dossiers were overdue. Currently, 560 dossiers are still in the process of being processed and none are yet due.

Along with improving the quality of administrative procedures, the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board continues to promote the application of information technology and implement digital transformation in state management activities. The rate of online public service provision reached 100%; 100% of dossiers were digitized from the reception stage; the rate of online payment reached 100%; and the rate of dossiers with electronic results reached 95%.
