In the morning of March 13^th, at Nguyen Van Cu park, Bac Ninh city People’s Committee hosted the ceremony of receiving and planting Japanese Cherry Blossom trees, gifted by Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association of Chukyo region.

In the afternoon of March 7^th 2018, Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh, Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee, greeted and worked with Mr. Roger Jame Eltringham, Former President of the World Federation of Societies of Anesthesiologists to introduce the system of producing Oxygen by solar energy and some updating information on Anesthesiology. Attending the meeting were representatives of the Department of Health, the Department of Foreign Affairs, and the Provincial People’s Committee Office.
