Chairman of PPC Nguyen Tu Quynh attends the ground-breaking ceremony of the second phase of THK plant in Tien Son industrial Park.

THK Viet Nam Co., Ltd. is a 100% Japanese invested company specialized in producing components, which circularize straight moving parts of machines. The company deserves worldwide pioneers in the development of the Linear Motion (LM) Guide mechanism, including industrial machinery, semiconductors manufacturing equipment, robots and components for car transport with revenue of more than 320 billion Yen in 2017. The company has invested in Tien Son Industrial Park since 2008 and been confirmed the quality of products after 10 years of operation. The second phase of the THK factory is built with an area of 16,000 m2, expected to complete in November 2018.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Quynh stressed that Bac Ninh is the fourth largest economy obtaining the highest economic growth rate, the second ranking in the field of industrial production value and export value nationwide. Bac Ninh currently has 16 industrial parks with 1,158 foreign investment projects from 33 countries and territories with total investment capital of USD 16 billion, of which Japan is the first country and the second largest investor in Bac Ninh with 89 projects with a registered capital of 1.2 USD billion. Affirming Japanese enterprises are developing strongly and making an important contribution to the socio-economic development process of Bac Ninh province and personally, THK is always regarded as an effective and potential unit, Bac Ninh province always facilitates enterprises to develop with the spirit that success of the business is the success of Bac Ninh province, the Chairman addressed.
