- Director is the head of the Department; who is responsible to Provincial People’s Committee (PPC), Chairman of PPC and national legislation for all Department’s activities. The Director is also responsible for reporting to the PPC, Chairman of the PPC and Minister of Foreign Affairs; reporting to Provincial People’s Council and responding to electors’petitions and Provincial People’s Council Member’s questions.
