Signing Ceremony of Regulation on Co-ordination between Bac Ninh Department of Foreign Affairs and Department of Public Security.

Attending the Signing Ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee; Lieutenant General Nguyen Xuan Muoi, Deputy Director General of General Political Department (Ministry of Public Security), and leaders of Provincial People’s Committee Office, Directors Board, and Head of relevant divisions, units under the Department of Foreign Affairs and Public Security.

In the presence of the senior leaders, Colonel Pham Hong Son, Director of Department of Public Security and Mr. Tran Ngoc Thuc, Director of Department of Foreign Affairs together signed in Regulation on Co-ordination. This Regulation based on the assigned functions contains principles, contents and responsibilities in co-ordination of two sides to advise the provincial leaders board in the effective implementation of foreign policy, social security guarantee as well. The mentioned specific tasks are to manage various areas such as in-out delegations, international conferences, international non-governmental organizations, and press activities with abroad journalists, or dealing with issues related to foreign affairs in Bac Ninh, etc.

On the steering speech, Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh highly appreciated the co-operation between Bac Ninh Department of Foreign Affairs and Public Security in implementation of foreign affairs and security guarantee for external activities in Bac Ninh recently. Besides acknowledgement given to both of departments for considerable efforts for building up the contents and organizing this Signing Ceremony, Mr. Chairman also expressed the role of external relations in up-coming time with highly competitive trend and moreover requested both of sides specify the Regulation for more effective co-ordination in the future.

Leaders of Provincial People’s Committee and General Political Department – Ministry of Public Security graced Signing in Regulation on Coordination between Bac Ninh Department of Foreign Affairs and Public Security

This Regulation will be an important premise so that both of departments successfully complete foreign affairs and security that finally aim to create good investment environment, contribute to overall development of Bac Ninh.
