Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Quynh meets and works with representative of Golden Horse company.
On November 21st, Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee (PPC) met and worked with the representative of Golden Horse company (Korea) on the progress of the complex project of horse racing, entertainment, resort and goods distribution center in Bac Ninh.

Representative of Golden Horse said, thanks to the support from Department of Planning and Investment, the company established a legal entity to undertake the project in the province. Bac Ninh has been highly appreciated by Korean businesses for its very favorable investment environment so far. Therefore, these enterprises are now making the effort to mobilize capital and speed up the implementation of the project. It is expected that in the beginning of December 2017, the company would establish a Representative Office in Bac Ninh. It is hopeful that the success of the project would attract many Korean businesses coming to invest in Bac Ninh.
The Chairman of the PPC Nguyen Tu Quynh thanked Golden Horse for exploring, choosing and preparing for investment, at the same time, asked the company to take advantage of the opportunities, accelerate the legal procedures, especially the issue of mobilizing capital for soon implementation of the project. Bac Ninh has reported to the Prime Minister about the project and invested in transport infrastructure in the surrounding areas. As a result, if the company soon carried out the project, it would have many advantages in terms of site clearance, investment benefits and so on. The Chairman also assigned Department of Planning and Investment to continue guiding and facilitating maximum enterprises to deploy the project.
