Bac Ninh awards 15 scholarships to students of Hua Phan province, Laos
According to Agreement on friendly cooperative relationship between Bac Ninh and Hua Phan provinces signed in April 5th 2012; Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee Mr. Nguyen Van Phong signed Decision on awarding 15 scholarships to students of Hua Phan province, Laos in December 16th 2016.
In addition, the scholarships (excluding transportation fee) will be awarded to 15 students of Hua Phan province in order to learn Vietnamese, study at Bac Ninh College of Education and Kinh Bac University, Bac Ninh province; in the period from December 2016 to July 2016 for 11 College students and from December 2016 to September 2021 for 4 University students.
This activitiy shows mutual understanding and strong relationship between Vietnam – Laos in general and Bac Ninh – Hua Phan in particular. Previously, Bac Ninh had awarded 29 scholarships to Laos students for educational purpose of studying at Bac Ninh College of Eduction from 2012 to 2015./.
