Delegation of Xam Neua town (Huaphan province, Lao PDR) visits and works with leaders of Bac Ninh city
In the afternoon of August 9th 2017, the delegation of Xam Neua town Huaphanh province, Lao People's Democratic Republic led by Mr. Bunma Nivan - Secretary of Party Committee, Mayor of Xam Neua town visited and worked with leaders of Bac Ninh city.
Receiving the delegation were Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Member of Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Bac Ninh city’s Party Committee; Mr. Tran Ngoc Thuc, Director of Bac Ninh Department of Foreign Affairs and members of the Standing Committee of Bac Ninh city’s Party Committee.

At the meeting, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was pleased to receive the delegation of Xam Neua town to visit Bac Ninh city. He also briefed the Secretary of Xam Neua’s Party Committee and his delegation on the socio-economic development of Bac Ninh city. On the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Lao PDR, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan affirmed the special relationship as well as tight brotherly friendship between Vietnam and Lao in general, Bac Ninh province and HuaPhanh province in particular.

Expressing the gratitude to the leaders of Bac Ninh city, Mr. Bunma Nivan showed his happiness and congratulation to the development of Bac Ninh province in general and Bac Ninh city in particular. With the traditional relationship between Bac Ninh Province and HuaPhanh Province, he hoped that Bac Ninh city and Xam Neua town would soon have cooperative, supporting activities, to have mutual development. On behalf of the Party Committee, authorities and people of Xam Neua town, the Secretary of the Town’s Party Committee, Mayor respectfully invited the Bac Ninh city’s leaders to visit and work with Xam Neua town./.
