Cluster of general, advisory agencies: To sign emulative agreement in 2017

The Cluster of general, advisory agencies consists of 12 units: Provincial Delegation of National Assembly’s Office, Provincial People's Council’s Office, Provincial People's Committee’s Office, Department of Finance, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Foreign Affairs, Provincial Taxation Department, Provincial Statistics Department, Provincial State Treasury, Bac Ninh Customs and Provincial Institute for Socio-Economic Development.

At the conference, representatives of the departments in the Cluster agreed with key objectives and tasks in Plan of deploying the emulation and commendation activities of the Cluster. Accordingly, in 2017, the Cluster will bring into play the achievements in the past years to further strengthen the patriotic and creative working emulation movement, well implement political tasks, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development tasks in 2017 and the 5-year plan (2016-2020), making practical achievements to welcome the big anniversaries in 2017, improving the quality of emulation and commendation work, and well implementing the Law on Emulation and Commendation at the same time.

Besides, the Cluster also continues to renovate and promote patriotic emulation movements in all fields, synchronously and timely implement the emulation and commendation work commenced by the Provincial People's Committee and the Emulative Cluster in 2017. Moreover, they also encourage, stimulate the passion of the profession in each official and employee in the unit; actively study and improve their professional knowledge and skills to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation, thus contributing to the successful implementation of the political tasks of each agency or unit in the Cluster.

At the end of the conference, leaders of the departments in the Cluster signed the emulative agreement in 2017. Accordingly, they agreed to strive together for 100% of the Party cells winning the title of "clean and strong", 100% of the units excellently accomplishing political tasks, over 90% of officials, employees getting the title of Advanced Labor, of which over 15% of them getting the title of Emulative Fighter at grassroots level, and 100% of the units’ employees not violating the law to the extent of being handled by law enforcement agencies./.
